An opinion was held with the newly appointed judges at the Ali Court of the Naxcivan Muxtar Republic and those who were released for prosecution.

On the 31st of October 2025, the judge of the Naxchivan Muxtar Republic Ali Tribunal, Ferman Abbasov, the Tartary Rayon War Court, the judge of the Naxchivan Muxtar Republic War Court, İlham İbrahimov. Appropriate measures were taken to ensure that the Kəngərli Rayon Court was appointed as a judge and Zülfüqar Əhmadov, the judge of the Kəngərli Rayon Court, was released.

Sedri Səadət Baktaşi Zülfüqar Ahmadov, who was the judge of Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublika Ali Court, was working as a judge in 2008, and in Kəngərli Rayon in 2018. He noted that the court continues its activities as a matter of fact. It was emphasized that, as a knowledgeable and experienced judge, he contributed significantly to the development of the court system, increasing the efficiency of the judicial system, and ensuring the validity of the law.

Moreover, Saadet Baktaşi congratulated the judges Farman Abbasov and İlham İbrahimov on their appointment to the new position and wished them good luck in their future activities.
